Shipping & Delivery
The size and weight of your purchase determines the most effective delivery method
Standard Shipping – We will ship lighter / smaller items via courier or (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS) you will receive notification as soon as order ships. It is likely items will require some assembly Free shipping applies to all Standard Shipped items within the 48 contiguous United States
In-Home Delivery Larger Items – We will deliver larger items via one of our independently owned trucking companies. You will be contacted generally within three business days to schedule a home delivery. An adult over the age of 18 will need to be present. If you need to reschedule a delivery date we request 48 hours’ notice. You may incur an additional fee if you reschedule in less than 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery must take place within 30 days of the original scheduled delivery date otherwise the order may be treated as a cancelled order and penalties may apply
In home delivery fees are 10% of retail price with a minimum charge of $69 from most parts of Connecticut/Maryland /Massachusetts /New Jersey /New York /Philadelphia. Other parts of the United States prices will vary depending on the market
FAQ regarding deliveries
• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Box
• Items cannot be shipped internationally only the contiguous 48 United States
• If you receive a wrong item/damaged item contact us at info@wilburyhome.com
• Measure for Fit – to avoid items not fitting measure the area you plan to place your new furniture in, as well the furniture you have selected prior to placing an order. Also measure any doorways, elevators stairwells or any other angles or obstacles that need to be considered on In-Home Deliveries
• The area must be free and clear for drivers to bring in the new items on In-Home Deliveries
• Old furniture must be removed as we do not cart it away
• First two floors will not incur any additional fees. There will be an additional $10 per pc fee for additional floors. Drivers cannot walk up any furniture above the 5th floor
• It is critical you make us aware if there are any special delivery restrictions prior to delivery. Some examples would be Certificate of Insurance, service elevator, doorman building etc.
